| This program provides funding to designated centers for non-traditional transportation improvements that advance municipal growth management objectives and improve quality of life. |
| The program provides an opportunity to apply for funds to support non-traditional transportation improvements that advance municipal growth management objectives. To become a designated center, a municipality must pursue Plan Endorsement from the New Jersey State Planning Commission through the Office of Smart Growth at the Department of Community Affairs. |
