| Safe Streets and Neighborhoods |
| The program provides funding to eligible cities and municipalities for Advanced Traffic Management Systems (ATMS) that will promote safe streets and neighborhoods. This program would enhance safe environments in neighborhoods and in the vicinity of schools, mass transit locations or community facilities.Dedicated resources from the NJDOT’s Local Aid Infrastructure Funds will support a multi-agency approach that simultaneously focuses on crime prevention and transportation enhancements to improve quality of life and economic development. |
