| Local Aid Infrastructure Fund 2017 |
| 10% of the total State Aid Program subject to the annual appropriation by the Legislature. These funds are established to address emergent or regional needs throughout the State. Any county or municipality may apply at any time. These projects are approved at the discretion of the Commissioner. Approximately 50 to 100 projects are funded each year. |
