| The Residential Substance Abuse Treatment for State Prisoners (RSAT) assists states and local governments to develop substance abuse treatment programs in correctional and detention facilities. The RSAT program's goal's are to reduce the demand for illegal drugs and to break the cycle of drugs and violence. |
